Chad Spretz, Chief Development Officer
25 years’ experience leading Development and Strategy in the Oil and Gas sector. Worked with various products and services in upstream, midstream, and downstream. Most recently with Chevron managing the Direct Sales Channel in the Lubricants division for North America responsible for a $250MM P&L. BA in Business & Political Science from SMU.
Chris Gonzales, Chief Operating Officer
23 years’ experience in plant operations with 8 years as Site Manager. Demonstrated history of improving all aspects of plant performance. Prior experience with Union Carbide, LyondellBasell, NalcoChampion, and most recently with Akzo Nobel. BS Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M.
Chris Stratton, Chief Financial Officer
Over three decades of commodity trading, accounting, financial operations, derivatives, risk management, and investment banking experience. His rare perspective comes from working as an entrepreneur, CFO and, a managing member of high performing consulting and corporate management teams for companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Citibank as well as prominent private equity firm. BBA Accounting from Baylor University. MBA Finance from Rice University.
Beth Gibson, Chief Human Resources & Systems Officer
Over 20 years’ Human Resources experience in various industries, including Chemical, Engineering, Biotechnical and Healthcare. Specialization in talent, inclusion and engagement strategy, employment law and leadership development. BA Psychology from University of Houston. Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management.
Segun Falana, VP-Research & Development
Innovator with 26 years of experience improving chemical products and processes. He has spent the last 19 years in the Oilfield Industry championing development of chemical additives for Drilling, Completion Fluids, Stimulation, Cementing & Production. PhD. in Organic Chemistry that has issued 28 patents.
Craig Powell, Director of Quality
28 years’ experience in the management of Quality programs and initiatives in the Engineering and Aerospace industries (including NASA). Primary responsibilities include the development, maintainability and continuous improvement of complex Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring compliance to regulatory (ISO, AS, CMMI, GMP) and internal requirements, assuring the overall evaluation, auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement of the QMS and its elements. BS in Operations Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.
